Grosso has tight silvery foliage with medium purple ling stemmed flower heads. What distinguishes this variety from ‘Fat Spike’ is the ability to bloom a 180 degree “hedgehog” like appearance.  This is the original Grosso developed in France and brought over to the US.

Extremely fragrant.  Used for crafts, dried arrangements, wands. Zone 5-9
